This instruction sheet provides the method of accessing the eMedSample® drug-sampling site for ordering drug samples and sample vouchers for your practice. Click a link below to view more information on a topic.

For each page within the sampling application, you can access instructions for that page by clicking the Help button in the upper right corner of the screen.
To initially access the eMedSample® SampleCenter, you will be asked to enter your last name and NPI. This allows us to pre-populate parts of your eMedSample® user profile. After clicking the Submit button, a single profile page will be presented. Please complete all required fields. Required fields have an asterisk (*) beside them.
Update Profile Information
Enter your full name, e-mail address, and choose an appropriate suffix (MD, ARNP, etc.).
Enter State Medical License Information
Enter your state medical license, as well as specialty, and NPI. More than one state medical license may be entered.
Enter Location Information
Enter the location name of your practice, clinic or hospital, along with the mailing address and phone number. More than one location may be entered.
Save Profile
Review your user profile for accuracy and completion. Required fields that are missed will be highlighted with red text.
Click the Confirm button to save your eMedSample® profile and proceed to the SampleCenter.
Preferences
Select the checkbox if you wish to be contacted about additional products and services. We will not share your e-mail address with third parties without your permission. Click the link to view our opt in/out information.
This page has three main areas: the My SampleCenter, My Sample Center Messages, and My Account. This page allows you to request samples, update your user information, review previous request, and access other product-related information and websites.
My SampleCenter
From this section, you can request physical samples, pre-printed vouchers, or print eMedSample® vouchers. The available sampling options may vary depending on what the pharmaceutical manufacturer has authorized. To initiate an request for physical samples or sample vouchers, click a product logo under Request Samples. To print eMedSample® vouchers, click a product logo under Print Sample Vouchers. To:
After clicking a product logo, complete the required fields and choose the quantity of the physical samples or pre-printed vouchers you wish to order, and choose a delivery location. Click the Confirm button.
Upon confirming your request, an eMedSample® Order Summary will display on your screen. Print this document by clicking the Print button at the top of the page. To complete the order process, the requesting physician must sign (required) and fax the document to the number indicated at the bottom of the order form.
After clicking on a product logo, a Terms & Conditions page will display. A copy of the eMedSample® will display on your screen. Click the Print Now button at the top of the page, then click OK when the Windows print dialog box is displayed.
To use the eMedSample® voucher or coupon, the physician should print the voucher and then give it to the patient. The patient can then redeem the voucher at their local pharmacy.
The Sample Request History link provides an easy way to review your previous eMedSample® transactions. If you wish to reprint an order form for physical samples or sample vouchers, click on the correct order number, then click the Reprint Fax button. If you are resending an order (not reordering), the requesting physician must sign the order summary document and fax it to the number printed on the order form.
The Available Samples Summary link allows you to view your currently available sample inventory for each drug and the date that the inventory of the drug samples will be replenished in your SampleCenter.
This section has links that allow you to request information about different drugs, view frequently asked questions about this e-Sampling application, update your user profile, and provides links to additional product information (e.g. full prescribing information, product websites, etc.) and upon occasion, a user survey about e-Sampling.
